Will My Book Actually Help You Face Your Internal Fears?

Facing Fear, Finding You

The Fear Series

Understanding Fear

Yes, Facing Fear, Finding You (December 2025, 236 pages, written from the Internal Explorer Protocol) will help you face internal fears like failure, rejection, and judgment. But it does much more: you can read it in three ways: As a step-by-step guide to facing fears, an invitation to become an Internal Explorer, or a tool to develop emotional articulation skills. Whichever approach you choose, you'll gain confidence, awareness, and clarity when navigating your inner world.

TL;DR – What You’ll Learn in This Post

  • Wondering if Facing Fear, Finding You will really help you face your internal fears (like failure, rejection, or judgment) is very common.

  • It will help you face your fears. But, it can do so much more.

  • You can read this book three ways:

  • 1 - as a step-by-step guide to facing your fears,

  • 2 - as an invitation to become an Internal Explorer, or

  • 3 - as a tool to develop your skill of emotional articulation.

  • Whichever path you take, you’ll walk away with more awareness, clarity, and confidence in navigating your inner world.

One of the most common questions I get is:

“Will your book actually help me to face my internal fears?”

If you’ve been thinking the same question, then you are not alone. Facing your fears is a big undertaking. It’s also deeply personal, and can feel intimidating. Most people who find my work have tried other things before, like reading books, or listening to advice from friends, or coaches.

Sometimes those attempts helped, which is awesome. But sometimes, they haven’t. And when they haven't, it leaves you more cautious and distrustful. You hesitate to try something new, like reading my book.

This hesitation makes sense. You don’t want to waste your time, money, or energy. You don’t want to be disappointed again after you’ve tried so hard to follow the process they told you will work. And you might be worried about activating fears you’d rather keep hidden away without having a reliable way to process them.

So, I will be completely honest with you: yes, my book absolutely can help you face your internal fears. But, it can do so much more. Depending on how you choose to read it, the book has the potential to shift your perspective, deepen your self-awareness, and give you tools you’ll carry with you for many years to come.

Allow me to explain the three ways my book, Facing Fear, Finding You, can support you. And why this matters for the type of adventure you want to go on.

1. It Will Guide You Through Facing Your Fears.

“... if you are looking for a book that explores the concept of internal fears, helping you understand how they are sabotaging you on a daily basis, then this book is for you.” - Facing Fear, Finding You

The most straightforward way to read this book is exactly as it was intended: As a step-by-step guide to facing the internal fears, like fear of judgement and rejection, that are holding you back every day.

To be clear,  my book isn’t filled with vague motivation or empty statements. What I share are the exact processes, insights, and practices that I discovered and are helping me face my fears. They aren’t theories I picked up from somewhere else; they are the things I discovered from 14 months of dedicated internal exploration of fear.

This is what is possible when you really engage with the content of the book:

  • You’ll begin to notice patterns in your fears: What triggers them, how they show up, and how they keep you stuck.

  • You’ll learn how to gently work with those fears instead of trying to avoid or suppress them.

  • You’ll practice exercises that let you experience progress in real time.

I promise you, if you actually complete the whole process of the book for even just one single internal fear, you will feel a shift. It might be subtle at first, such as feeling the benefit of one tiny belief being changed. Or it might be bigger, and you remove the fear altogether.

Either way, you won’t walk away unchanged. That’s why I can say with confidence that if you do the work, this book will guide you through facing your fears.

2. It Invites You to Become an Internal Explorer.

Now, the second way you can read it is with the intention of embarking on a deep exploration of your inner world.

I call this adventure Internal Exploration, by being an Internal Explorer. Instead of treating the book as just a manual of facing your fears specifically, you can approach it with curiosity of my findings. What would it be like to step into the mindset of an Internal Explorer, discovering uncharted territory within yourself?

When you read the book with this perspective, a few things happen:

  • You stop judging yourself for having fears and start observing them with curiosity.

  • You learn that your internal world is a place you can endlessly explore and discover.

  • You begin to develop your own way of navigating inward, instead of always depending on someone else’s roadmap.

This is something I feel very passionately about: my goal is not to make you dependent on me or my books (my findings) for the rest of your life. Rather, my mission is to empower you to become an Internal Explorer yourself, while I continue being one with you.

I want you to leave my book feeling not only that you can face fear, but that you have the tools and confidence to continue exploring your inner landscape for the rest of your life however and whenever you want. This may happen after you’ve read my first book. Or, it might happen after you’ve read more.

3. It Develops Your Skill of Emotional Articulation.

Finally, the third way you can read my book is something many readers don’t expect until they experience it.

The way I present my findings and write about the internal world is a little different to others. I use vivid imagery, metaphors, and emotive language to describe concepts like fear, bravery, power, and needs. That imagery makes the experience easier to relate to, and easier to discuss.

Metaphors are the most natural way to express what’s happening inside for me. They give shape and color to experiences that are often invisible. Within my book, we have rats and black cats, bs boxes, and killer comfort blankets. And you’ll need to read the book to understand exactly what they represent.

When you connect with this style of communication, you start to develop your own way of articulating what you feel. You realise you don’t have to explain your inner world in a perfectly logical or clinical way. You just have to express it in the form that makes most sense for you. Whether that’s metaphors, journaling, art, or messy conversations with a trusted friend.

The result is that you gain the skill of emotional articulation, meaning you have more clarity and more confidence in sharing your truth with others.

A Question You May Still Be Asking

Even after reading this post, you may be wondering:

“But what if I’m not ready to face my fears?”

That’s ok. Facing your fears isn’t a light or easy subject, and can be quite triggering from me. The last thing I want is for you to feel pressured and read it before you’re ready because you won’t be able to benefit from it as much. If you’re not ready, walk away today and come back when you are.

Or, if you are ready to try to read the book, start with Chapter One.

Read it slowly. That’s the thing I love about books. No one can rush you.

Notice how it makes you feel. Pay attention to whether something clicks, even in a small way. Maybe it gives you a new perspective. Maybe it stirs curiosity and interest. Maybe it feels comforting to know you’re not alone.

If Chapter One resonates with you, then you’ll know the rest of the book is worth your time. And if it doesn’t, then you haven’t lost anything. But you might be surprised at what even those first few pages can offer.

Ready to Take the First Step?

At the end of the day, the best question isn’t, “Will this book help me face my fears?” The real question is: “Am I willing to give myself the chance to try?”

Because you already have the strength within you to face your fears. My book isn’t here to give you a power you don’t have. Rather, it’s here to guide you, support you, and help you navigate.

So, if you’re still on the fence, read Chapter One. See if it helps you in even the smallest way. And if it does, then take the leap and buy the book.

You deserve the freedom that comes from no longer letting fear control you. And I’d be honoured to guide you through that journey.
